Blue sky in one direction
A snowstorm in the opposite direction
The perennials should be very happy!
Our border collie is so proud to lunge for the geese and make them fly. Soon though, they learn that she’s not getting in the water and much to Hope’s chagrin, they ignore her.
Hope and Joy love the snow. You can eat it. You can play in it.
The dogs seem to be aware that the snow is leaving for awhile.
There are delights and hazards to every season of life and every season of the year.
What are the delights of springtime where you live? Are there any springtime weather hazards where you live? Stay safe. Enjoy life.

This month’s entry is particularly delightful, Julie! The dogs are so beautiful, and they are enjoying themselves so much, it lightens my heart to see them. When we lived in the foothills of Sandia Peak in New Mexico, I used to stand at our patio door and watch the snow pass over the peak and dust it with white, then watch the storms enfold it. Magickal memories, thank you for stirring them.
Ahhhh Thanks Kamurrah! There is indeed a magical aspect to nature that not everyone ‘gets’ – one has to slow down and enjoy the quiet…”God is the friend of silence. See how nature – trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence… We need silence to be able to touch souls.” – Mother Theresa
Happy Springtime my friend – love julie
I just live reading your newsletter and the beautiful pictures of my favorite state!
Happy Springtime Claudia! We do live in a beautiful part of the world…just stepping out our garden gate and walking our nature trail with our dogs melts away stress. Hope you are doing well – love julie
