We’re born to help people

There’s a beautiful quote from the Dalai Lama where he said that we’re born to help people

and if we can’t help them let’s at least not hurt them.

I wish that everyone felt that way (in the above quote)

I want change for a better country / world.

We need women and men leading who will

follow the Constitution of the United States.

NO convicted felons or warmongers may apply.

Must pay their fair share of taxes.

Easy / Healthy meal or snack:

Beat an egg. Mash a very ripe banana into it.

Heat a skillet with PAM / olive oil spray

Cook on both sides – done!

You can add a splash of vanilla to the egg / banana mixture

I add some blueberries when almost finished cooking

I top with some honey

Taste like a banana pancake

From Ever-Sweet 12-year-old James:

From our first-born grandchild – so fun!

Incredible how the time has passed –

I have this memory of being out with toddler Caleb

and talking to a man about my grandbabies.

He said soon they won’t be babies anymore…

Feeling like I’m in a good place with my writing:

This morning, I emailed a book proposal

for the picture book I wrote this winter
