Our Souls are Fed In Quietness

Ladybugs are signs of good luck

A ladybug can eat up to 5,000 aphids over its lifetime

Rainbows are a sign of hope and new beginnings.

It symbolizes good times are coming after a difficult period.

We live in a series of paintings…

Reflections are magical…

Daisies are associated with purity, new beginnings,

and cheerfulness. Daisy petals symbolize innocence

and are commonly associated with childhood

memories of collecting wildflower bouquets.

We need to quiet ourselves.

Quiet time is healthy for our minds and bodies.

Studies show that a quiet environment reduce cortisol

(the stress hormone), improves sleep quality,

and sharpens focus.

Quiet also enhances mindfulness.

In quiet you’re more likely to notice

the sound of your breath,

the light shifting through the trees,

and the feeling of rest.

Question:

Do you enjoy the quiet?

Tell me about it…
